You can use our website to view 100's of rides in a simple, easy to read layout, compare prices and make as many enquiries as you like until you are ready to book.

Once you have approved the costs and are ready to connect with the owner, simply pay the connection and admin fee, either over the phone or using our secure online system.

The connection and admin fee is included into the original costs and is not an additional fee. All final confirmation and bookings must be made within 48 hours or your ride will be cancelled.


All prices listed and billed are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

We accept Visa®, MasterCard® credit card and Paypal payments only via our online payment facility or over the phone with a Hire My Ride team member. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number that your credit card issuer has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing.

Safe & Secure Online Payments

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When credit card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete credit card details.

Hire My Ride Pty Ltd uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.

Refunds Policy

All listing fees and advertising fees are non-refundable.

All booking deposits are Non-Refundable unless a reasonable circumstance is presented.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Bookings are confirmed when the Ride Owner Accepts a booking request via SMS or online and the hirers booking deposit is authorised in the payment gateway. All booking deposits are Non-Refundable unless a reasonable circumstance is presented.

Either the Hirer or the Ride Owner may cancel a booking at any time prior to the commencement of the event subject to a cancellation penalty payable to Hire My Ride Pty Ltd. If the Ride Owner / Operator is the cancelling party they could be suspended from the website. If the Hirer is the cancelling party, he or she will forfeit to Hire My Ride Pty Ltd their booking deposit unless a reasonable circumstance is presented.

If a Vehicle is rendered unusable for any reason that results in early cancellation then the deposit becomes fully refundable to the hirer and they have the options to re-book using the website.


Hire My Ride Pty Ltd does not manage any payments to the owner / operator of the ride. Payment arrangements must be made between both ride owner / operator and persons booking ride prior to event date. Hire My Ride will not be held responsible or liable for non-payments or disputes between owner and hirer.

If payment has not been paid within 48 hrs booking is cancelled and ride becomes available to the public again.
